Bug Description

Binary package hint: wammu

after installaling wammu via apt-get two menu items appear. one in "office" and another in "accessories"

Confirm. There should only be one, but i am not sure where it should be placed. Perhaps under the accessories category is the best place.

Wammu just installs one desktop file, it's up to GNOME menu to display it properly.

thank you for your bug report, could you run "strace -e open gmenu-simple-editor 2>&1 | grep wammu" and copy the log there?
