Changing User Information results in password has probably not been changed error

Bug Description

Changing User Information results in an error, but the user information does get changed.

Release:
    Kubuntu KDE 4, 2.6.27-9-generic, x86_64

Package / Version / Architecture:
    systemsettings / 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu13 / Amd64

Action:
(1) Click on K | System Settings | General (tab) | About Me | Password & User Account.
(2) Enter Name, Email address, etc.
(3) Do not click Change Password button.
(4) Click Apply button.

Actual Result:
(1) Error Dialog appears, atating "An error occurred and your password has probably not been changed. The error message was: chfn: Permission denied."
(2) Click on K | System Settings | General (tab) | About Me | Password & User Account. The information entered has actually been changed/accepted.

Expected Results:
(1) The information entered is changed/accepted without an error dialog.
