Bug Description
To reproduce:
Run System Settings->About Me
There, either:
1. Edit text area for Name etc. and press apply and add password to the kdesudo window. It then shows an error message: Permission Denied
2. You may either just click on the blank button to change account image. It prompts that "Your administrator has disallowed changing your image"
Clearly, a permission issue.
Notes:
Output of executing systemsettings from terminal is attached -- CLI.txt
Refer to last 4th line of output in CLI.txt -- It shows "Needs root privs: false"
This should be set to "true" instead (as for example, this is set to true when selecting Login Manager in System Settings.

Not as simple as running it with kdesudo like we do for the other modules. If you ran it with sudo you would get root's user info in About Me.
