mtd built without transcode support

With the current mythplugins package, mtd was built without transcode support. Because of this half of the mythdvd plugin refuses to operate (the transcoding part). I added the --enable-transcode to the rules for configure. The diff is attached below.

  2.强制终端还原过程（ctrl+alt+delete）
  3.系统注销，输入用户名/密码

  再进入桌面，桌面图标/窗口管理器的主题改变
  进入备份还原软件，所有备份系统消失
  [期望]
  还原中断后，所有备份还原软件中备份的系统仍在
