Edit author error

Edit/author page is not rendering properly and instead script is being displayed.

Error message shown is:
<type 'exceptions.NameError'> at /Daphne._Mainprize
: could not find 'kv' (line 179)

Don't worry, this will be fixed when we go public. The user interface stuff will be fixed when we can move this out of testing to work with open library.
