Bug Description
Posts to list (dlist-test and kathy-test) do not get sent (Robin got so far as to determine that it has to do with empty recipient lists). They do get sent to the digst, though The previous bug report said they were getting through to some people, but that was just the digest.

This was a problem with the database getting corrupted. It works just fine with new lists.
