This bug was fixed in the package kde4libs - 4:4.1.73-0ubuntu7

kde4libs (4:4.1.73-0ubuntu7) jaunty; urgency=low

  * Updated kubuntu_qt_ftbfs.diff to correct an addition QT/ARM FTBFS
    overlooked by the previous patch (LP: #300238)
  * Modifed said patch to use a more robust fix less likely to break down
    the line by using a proper QT type vs. a C type
  * Modified clean rule to remove $(SRCDIR)/files
