Package new upstream version (1.5)

Binary package hint: rlplot

There is a new upstream version (1.5) since May 2, 2008.
Unfortunately, it was not packaged for Intrepid (or Jaunty).

Doesn't look like there has been much activity from the Debian maintainer recently, but I've reported it in debbugs just in case. I'll have a go at packaging the new version for Ubuntu, if no one objects.

No reply from the Debian maintainer yet, unfortunately, so perhaps someone will sponsor an Ubuntu upload? New package version prepared & debdiff attached.

Thank you for trying to improve the Ubuntu archive. Would it be possible to attach just the debian directory for the new version? This will make it easier to review the changes. I'm unsubscribing ubuntu-sponsors pending this, please resubscribe when done.

No significant changes exist in the debian directory, because the package does not use a patch system. I'll attach the diff.gz for this and the previous version so you can check that too.
