Bug Description

After installing the bind9 package, performing "sudo /etc/init.d/[someservice] restart" would stop the related daemon, but fails to restart it. The daemon afterwards fails to start. This is currently the case with bind9 and mysql in this system.

This has caused a security update to MySQL packages to fail upgrading.

Hi, Chuck:

It will be impossible for me to attach the log, since some wise guy
formatted the hard disk and did a re-install.

I think it is best to close this ticket. I will try to reproduce the problem
in the future and let you know.

Thank you very much,
Bruno
