Bug Description

When I press the Print Screen (PrtSc) button, nothing happens.

Expected the Ksnapshot to activate as indicated in the "System Settings" binding to the PrtSc button. I have tried to reconfigure the Keyboard bindings via the "System Settings" but not all things seem to change. Shutting down the khotkeys seem to still accept the keyboard bindings. For example:

Pressing Ctrl+Esc gives the process monitor. When I shutdown the khotkeys, that key binding still works.

I would like to be able to configure to print whole dashboard and the selected windows depending on PrtSc or Shift+PrtSc.

I have updated the Kubuntu 8.10 as of today. Other items to note:

Hi,

I have this same problem. I believe that this is actually a duplicate of the following bug 253337.

Same problem here. ksnapshot is configured in system settings, enabled, and yet never runs when PrtScr is pressed. Yet ksnapshot works when entered from the command line.
