Intrepid has no GUI method to configure network interfaces

gnome-network-admin was removed upon upgrade to Intrepid thus resulting in an inability to configure network interfaces.

TEST CASE:

Install Ubuntu Studio 8.10
Attempt to configure a static IP address

Actually fixing this in Jaunty waits on update to debootstrap to be able to run ./update.
