Bug Description
Binary package hint: yelp
In Ubuntu 8.04 Yelp worked fine with local files, like DeVeDe help:
yelp file://
I upgraded to Ubuntu 8.10 and now Yelp shows an error: Can't read the file.
The file is owned by root, but has worldwide read access, and can be read with less.

My yelp does this as well, when I search for things like printf, atexit, etc. The files are clearly there, and I gave them ALL of the permissions, and yet they still won't load for some reason.
