Bug Description

I selected the CD integrity check from the first menu you get when booting the Ubuntu Flight 3 install CD.

The first screen I get to tells me that the integrity check might take awhile, and confirms if I want to continue, I select Yes.
The integrity check succeeded, and I expected to be returned to that original menu.
After some time, I am returned to the screen which tells me that the integrity check might take some time and asks if I want to run it. So I select 'No'.

It returns to that screen 3 times before the system is finally rebooted after answering no, and then I end up back at the original menu.
