cdrom-checker-menu never reboots

After running an integrity check using the 'check' boot option and displaying a
message saying that the test passed (or failed, or whatever), cdrom-checker goes
round and asks whether it can start the check again. Instead, it should just
reboot after the user acknowledges its message.

  * Work around cdebconf eating exit statuses in cdrom-checker-menu.
  * Make sure to reboot at the end of a run where we're the menu. Malone:

I just ran into this one again, sort of. It looped once (ie: forced me to check the CD twice) before it decided that rebooting would be a swell idea.
