muine didn't react on the play/pause event anymore

If I press the play key on my keyboard muine started or paused the music. This still works in Totem, but in now it didn't work in Muine anymore. The last time it works was in Feisty, but in Gutsy and Hardy there wasn't an usable Muine in Ubuntu, so I couldn't test it there.

It seems fixed in jaunty. I didn't have the problem anymore.

How was this fixed? The bug still occurs in Jaunty, which means the program effectively is non-functional.

Hi,

this is a misunderstanding. It is fixed, but not yet updated in Jaunty
or even Jaunty proposed. As long you use version 0.8.10-1ubuntu2, the
bug still appears there.

Questions to the maintainer:

Is this bug just "fixed" or is it also closed?
When will it packaged for Jaunty?
Will this fix find it way to Jaunty, too? And when not, why?

The jaunty-proposed source package is awaiting sponsorship by someone with
universe upload privileges. I have prepared the necessary debdiff, and it
has been approved.
