Coupure secteur pendant installation 8.10

Malheureusement il m'est difficile de vous en dire plus apres la coupure j'ai tapé la commande "dpkg --configure -a" et depuis rien ne vat plus.

Could you please try to modify the line 2 of your hosts file with:
127.0.1.1 luc-desktop luc-desktop.workgroup

Then run the command
hostname -d
