eog doesn't take a focus after opening through double click on image in nautilus

Open nautilus. Find any image file there. Double click on it: eog runs, but appears in the background, not foreground of the nautilus.

The same behaviour when opening with right click -> Open with image viewer

Yes. I didn't know that.

This issue also occurs when no instance of eog is already open. On Maverick, running compiz.
