Missing execution rights in /usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/local-top/dmraid

we need a chmod 755 for local-top/dmraid on debian/rules

Test case:
1. With the dmraid package currently in the Ubuntu archive, check the permissions of /usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/local-top/dmraid. The file should not be executable.
2. With the package in proposed installed, check the same file, /usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/local-top/dmraid. It should be executable.
Testing that the script is working requires a fakeraid array setup.

Regression potential:
Minimal, as when this script gets run, it will activate any dmraid arrays that the udev activation was unable to bring up.

This is fixed in jaunty.

I have confirmed that in the version of dmraid released in intrepid, 1.0.0.rc14-2ubuntu12, the file /usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/local-top/dmraid is not marked as executable, and that the version of dmraid in intrepid-proposed, 1.0.0.rc14-2ubuntu12, fixes that.
