No sound on 8.10 with Intel Corporation 82801I (ICH9 Family) HD Audio Controller

Hi all,
I can`t hear any sound with my laptop.I`m running Live cd of Kubuntu Intrepid daily live of 29th of october.The audio device is Azalia Intel Corporation 82801I (ICH9 Family) HD Audio Controller.You can find attached my dmesg output.Thank you very much for your help.

Please, if you are still having issues, test with the latest development release of Ubuntu. ISO CD images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/ .

If it remains an issue, could you run the following command from a Terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal). It will automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this report.

apport-collect -p alsa-base 290924

Also, if you could test the latest upstream kernel available that would be great. It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue. Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds .

Once you've tested the upstream kernel, please remove the 'needs-upstream-testing' tag. This can be done by clicking on the yellow pencil icon next to the tag located at the bottom of the bug description and deleting the 'needs-upstream-testing' text.

Well, the Chimera Ant Arc has a slow pace, but it's really great. The Chimera Ant King gets lots of development along with Gon and Killua, and it introduces many supporting characters crucial in the story.

The highlight of the arc is episodes 116ish past, and everything major happens then. The parts you have been watching is mostly buildup. I'd suggest you'd stay with it, it gets really good.
