Human-theme borders glitch

Bug Description

Using Either Human or Human-clearlooks the borders will glitch and turn the color of inactive windows when i roll over any buttons or edges on the top of the window. New human theme does not have this problem.

Exactly the same for me, but it affects DarkRoom too.
And the windows glitch only when Compiz is running.
