Commenting a bug shows an "email me about changes" when I'm already subscribed to it

Bug Description
The summary says it all: Below the bug's comment box is a nice little "email me about changes" checkbox.
This is confusing when you're already subscribed to the bug.
Proposed change: Either don't display it, or show it checked (and unsubscribe me when I uncheck it).
