Bug Description
Binary package hint: usb-creator
Using latest usb-creator and 8.10 Daily I installed full Ubuntu to second flash drive.
Installer did not see second flash drive when plugged in after system has booted.
It sees the second flash drive ok if it is plugged in at the first menu, (Language).
It installs to second drive fine.

Does this still occur with the final release of Ubuntu 8.10? Are you saying that ubiquity, the desktop installer, does not show the flash drive you are trying to install to as an option when the drive is plugged in before ubiquity starts, but it will show it if you plug it in after ubiquity starts?
