Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-app-install
Hi. App install translations trigger a very annoying bug in gnome-app-install, apparently some null check or something not done. It mangles also the row height randomly depending on language used and category showed etc., making scrolling very hard.
In the example screenshot, the English comment for Juk is "Music Player", but there is no such translatable string at all in Rosetta:
https:/
Other examples include at least KMag, similarly its comment "Screen Magnifier" is not translatable but the "localized" comment is shown similar to Juk's case, ie. MO file:s beginning lines.
