Maximize and restore moves page out of view

Thanks for this great program! Just an improvement.
I've read Bug #168854 (sf1783845): "Noncentered position of the page in "maximize mode" [Win32]" that's reported as fixed, but in v0.46 [Win32] it happens that:
 - open a drawing in non maximized window (let's say half or 2/3 of the screen);
 - maximize;
 - restore;
 - maximize;
 - restore;
 - go on for a while... and the page goes out of view.

Confirmed with build 21091, WIndows XP.
The canvas slowly shifts to the left. The shift is faster with a very small window than with a bigger one.

not reproduced with Inkscape 0.47 r22583 (OS X 10.5.8) - possibly fixed with bug #167651

Is this still an issue on Windows platforms?

Fix confirmed on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.47.
