Bug Description
Binary package hint: dolphin-kde4
Running Kubuntu 8.10 beta with latest patches as of the time of this report.
Connect to a Windows shared folder with some Unicode (non-ASCII) characters in a toplevel file or subfolder triggers a complaint for every such file or folder scanned.
This occurs only in KDE 4.1, under either Dolphin or Konqueror.
This does -not- occur in KDE 3.5 (Kubuntu 8.04) or GNOME Ubuntu 8.10 beta.

Except it is more than just Dolphin. Konqueror also fails. I think it
is something deeper in KDE4.
