What's This (help) box has garbage border

Description:
Right click on desktop and click Add Widgets. Now in the Add Widget window, click on the What's This (?) button on top right side and click anywhere to get the description box.

I can confirm this with the nv and nouveau drivers. No clue if it's a KDE issue (It only happens with Plasma) or a lower-level Qt issue.

I for one think this is just a crappy fake-shadow which gets even crappier by our KWin patch.
Moving to kde4libs.
Needs to be forwarded to http://bugs.kde.org KDE should make this fake shadow dependent on compositing (no shadow without compositing, real one with compositing). That should also get rid of this issue.

You usually should stick with what we indicate (in this case kde4libs/kdelibs) in order to make the bug processing faster and easier for KDE.
