Description:
Right click on desktop and click Add Widgets. Now in the Add Widget window, click on the What Is (?) button on top right side and click anywhere to get the description box.

I can confirm this with the nv and nouveau drivers. No clue if it's a KDE issue (It only happens with Plasma) or a lower-level Qt issue. |
