Two bug fixes from upstream (totem 2.24.2)

Upstream just released 2.24.2 with a couple of bug fixes:

1) Make the YouTube plugin faster by fixing some locking problems
2) Prepare python for use from multiple threads and add missing locking where applicable
3) update the intltool requirements
4) * ja.po: Fixed wrong translation.
5) * pt_BR.po: Updated Brazilian Portuguese translation

I have added 1) and 3) to the current intrepid version (2 was already included).

thank you for your work, could you rather do the version update? intrepid will have GNOME 2.24.1 and this one should be updated anyway so there is no real point to backport changes
