Bug Description

In current intrepid, when I click the volume applet on the system tray, I get a bar to adjust the volume. When I navigate my mouse away from the bar, this bar sticks (even if I click a different region). Correct me if I'm wrong, but I had the impression that this bar hid automatically in hardy after navigating away from it.

Don't know if this different behavior is intentional or a bug.

Could I please bump this because I think it's really a bug that should be fixed for the final intrepid?

This is bloody annoying. As a workaround you can move the mouse over the applet and use the scroll wheel to change the volume without clicking it.
