[Intrepid] Please include taskbar thumbnails effect again

As Plasma supports the tooltips again...

Please include the taskbar thumbnail effect in KWin compositing again. It has been removed from CMakeList some days before branching KDE 4.1 and was activated again in trunk as soon as tooltips were available in Plasma again.

So you just have to remove the comments in the CMakeLists.txt file and rebuild the effects :-) Please do it.

This bug was fixed in the package kdebase-workspace - 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu5
