[Intrepid] KCM compositing offers empty dropdown to select effect for desktop switching

The KCM module to configure the desktop effects contains a dropdown "Effect for desktop switching", but the dropdown box contains only "No effect".

This dropdown box is backported from trunk and should contain effects "Cube" and "Slide". These effects are not backported that's why the dropdown is empty. Btw no effect is also wrong, as the 4.1 desktop grid effect is included which does not allow to deactivate the effect on change of desktops.

I have attached a screenshot of the KCM module

Easiest solution: remove the dropdown.

I have "cube" and "No effect in my dropdown box with the latest updates. Riddell forgot to add the Cube effect to the .install file, and an update last night fixed it. :P
But yeah, since there still is one missing spot and "no effect" is also incorrect, we probably should remove that combobox.
