Bug Description

Here is the almost finished Slovenian PO file (29 strings need more work). The problem is that the po files were updated 2 months ago, so I am sure there are even more strings there to update.
Unfortunately, bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/179209 isn't going to be fixed soon, so I ask again people to either provide manually an updated pot file (the last by luca is from February) or to update all po files in launchpad.

Committed. inkscape.pot sent offline to you, too. Are you on Windows? Because creating a POT file is just one simple command on Linux.
