I have looked at the source code of MozGest 2.1.3. There is a platform directory with platform depending binaries, but without the source code for these binaries we cannot update the package. Have a look at http://www.mousegestures.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=189

    + Use MOZ_XPI_BUILD_COMMAND instead of build target.
    + Do not install license file (thanks to Lintian).
  * Switch to debhelper 7.
  * debian/copyright: Refer to versioned copyright files (thanks to Lintian).
