Bug Description
ogra's wireless connection drops during partitioning, and is reproducible. It is assumed that this is caused by udevadm trigger; udevadm settle in update-dev. The suggested fix is to add --subsystem-nomatch for the network subsystem.

The required change cannot be made in debian- installer- utils as it would potentially break netcfg. This is ok, as the bug does not exist in d-i, however it means that we'll have to hack --subsystem- nomatch= net on the end of the calls to udevadm trigger / udevtrigger in update-dev in ubiquity's build system.
