Bug Description

System monitor show a 100% use of processor with only the Asus on screen display running and no other processes running. No temp monitor. Still no full upgrade, will wait for Beta release, partial upgrades only available or allowed. No wi-fi, Archive type still not supported in Nautilus. Unit used to test Asus eee pc 701 celeron M (630 Mghz), 2Gb RAM, Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex installed in WD SATA external HDD. I also have problems using grub to boot to Ibex it takes 4-5 re-tries to boot into this partially upgraded Intrepid Ibex Alpha 6.because of errors leading me into the intramfs terminal at boot.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

Will try when I get my 701 back, it is having some boot up problems which
now affect booting into the Asus splash screen not sos sure but it may be a
hardware issue however, have gone back to Hardy due to problems with
Intrepid.
