After updating Firefox, dialogs open as tiny, empty windows

Bug Description

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Install updates, including Firefox updates
3. Try to open a dialog window such as Help -> About

What happens:
A tiny, blank window appears

Expected result:
Dialog has text and is reasonably sized

Confirming since I've experienced this bug too. I suspect this may be a duplicate of bug 274064 just with different symptoms. Namely, I think both are caused by the way Firefox and its libraries move around when version changes occur.

I just talked to Alexander from Mozilla Team, and he said bugs that show up from an update are the reason it tells you to restart the browser, so such bugs are Invalid. So I'm marking this Invalid.
