[Intrepid] cannot connect to vpn, but vpnc-connect works

Hi,
Under Intrepid I am unable to connect to my work vpn using NetworkManager. error given is

"The VPN connection 'VPN Connection' failed because the VPN service stopped unexpectedly"

connecting via vpnc-connect works if --enable-1des option is used on command line. Connection under Hardy was fine, to same network.

I am having the same problem. This is VPNC over a wifi connection on intrepid.

Although, I suspect it is unrelated to using wifi.

I just tried connecting via Ethernet cable and it still fails, so it seems
like Wifi is not the cause.

please provide your complete syslog taken after reproducing this error. Also please ensure that you explored the available options availble for your vpn connection in the connection editor.

It started working for me again a little over a week ago.

Bug is fixed for me.

Im having this same problem using intrepid, I have the system updated. Can someone post a specific solution?. I'm running a spanish version of ubuntu dough.
