Bug Description
I am using the Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex Alpha 6 AMD64 live CD. When the desktop has fully loaded there are two panels. Both panel behave in the same way.
There are two states : locked and unlocked. When locked a panel should not be able to be moved to another side of the screen.
When a panel is locked, right clicking it yields the option "Allow Panel to be Moved" i.e. unlock it.
When a panel is unlocked, right clicking it yields the option "Lock Panel Position" i.e. lock it.
When the system has booted fully. The options on both panels say "Allow Panel to be Moved" i.e. the panels are in the locked state. However, you can drag then to other sides of the screen i.e. they are in the unlocked state.
The orginal label of the option does not match the actual state. Once toggled they work correctly
