Binary package hint: update-motd
See:

update-motd is sending mail that says:
Subject: Cron <root@> /usr/sbin/
update-motd is disabled. You can run:
* update-motd --force
* service update-motd start
* dpkg-reconfigure update-motd
This message should be written to stderr.
