window-picker-applet fails to start when compiled from sources

Bug Description

I've just added netbook remix stuff to jhbuild[1], but it seems that window-picker-applet has a misconfigured .server file, at least compiling it in jhbuild.

The issue is that window-picker-applet bin is installed in $prefix/libexec/ while the .server file searchs it in $prefix/libexec/window-picker-applet

Here is a patch to change both data/GNOME_WindowPicker.server.in.in and data/Makefile.am in order to fix this issue using the same rules used by clock-applet in gnome-panel module.

PS go-home-applet works fine, but maybe I'll provide a patch to use a similar rule

Thanks Luca, I'll try and get this applied today/tomorrow and release. I think it's worth doing the same with g-h-a.
