thank you for your bug report, the title is not clear, the screenshot seems to indicate that your issue is an option you can't use on those icons but the description mentions something not display correctly, could you update the description?

To reproduce this bug, do these please:
- Open a shared folder by Samba (or maybe by FTP!)
- Copy some files in somewhere on your Linux (Only to fill clipboard to active "Paste Into Folder" option!)
- Now, there is a shortcut on your desktop, right click on it!
- Move your cursor on the opened context menu.

You can see that "Paste Into Folder" blinks.

Sorry for my fault. You must clean your clipboard.

So to reproduce this bug, do these please:
- Open a shared folder by Samba (or maybe by FTP!)
- ** Copy some text somewhere on your Linux (For example, copy this text.) **
- Now, there is a shortcut on your desktop, right click on it!
- Move your cursor on the opened context menu.

You can see that "Paste Into Folder" blinks.

** I was copied name of files in nautilus, but "Paste Into Folder" did not blinks anymore!!! It happened only when I copy text from Firefox or Pidgin or ...!

Hi,

im also having this bug (blinking "paste" menu item, when I have copied certain things (or not copied anyrthing?).

My system is a fully updated Ubuntu 16.04

Well, however I noticed that when the paste button is blinking (Which is nearly ALL of the time), Nautilus's CPU usage goes up to values as high as 60% constantly!!!! when nautilus is active, so I would recommend fixing this quickly :((

PS: reinstalling nautilus fixed that bug for me... however, I got it without doing anything on a fresh installation in the first place...
