Bug Description
Binary package hint: evolution
Mac OS X's Mail.app has an indispensable feature that should be standard in all mail clients: it allows display of images on a message-by-message basis. when the user has turned off display of images in Mail.app's preferences, each message shows a blue banner across the top - both in the preview pane and when fully opened - with a button at the right end that says, "Load images." the user clicks that button, and the images in that message alone are loaded. it's not persistent - the images in the next message viewed do not load until that button is clicked, and so on.
i guess the function of the blue banner is to direct your eye and your cursor right to the "Load images" button; it certainly serves that purpose.
seriously: once you've experienced this "Load images" button you do *not* want to live without it. can we get it in evolution please?
i'm running Evolution 2.22.3.1 under Ubuntu 8.0.4.
thank you!
