Bug Description
udev (?) is failing to create /dev/fd0, and as a result of this, floppy drives
fail to work.
I have access to about a dozen systems with this problem, one with all available
updates (which i have been doing my investigation on), the others not up to date
yet.
The directory /dev/fd/ is created.
Im not sure where to go to debug this, so i will check back as often as possible
to get any info you might need.

Please provide dmesg output from your kernel, it's more likely that your floppy
drive simply hasn't been detected and the right driver isn't loaded yet.
The /dev/fd/ directory is a directory of file descriptors for your process, it
isn't related to floppy devices.
