no video or audio on youtube

as from today there seem to be no video or audio whatever youtube clip I choose! It never happened before. Any ideas?
I am running Ubuntu 8.04 - any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your quick reply! I have Flash version 9.0 r124 - however, I tried again just now and the problem seems to have vanished!!!
