initscripts in intrepid has an broken dependency:

sysvinit (2.86.ds1-59ubuntu3) intrepid; urgency=low

  * debian/control: updated to depend on lsb-base (>=3.2.14), which has the
    status_of_proc() function.

This function is in lsb-base 3.2-14 (and in fact also in 3.2-13).

  * man/service.8: imported the Red Hat manpage for "service".
