Not able to access web page

I'm not sure about any of those questions. A friend of mine installed ubuntu on my computer and I am relatively new to this program. Is there somewhere I can look on the computer to find this information?

We are wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you it with the latest firefox version? Thanks in advance.

Yes it is. And I'm also having an issue with my volume. It used to work occasionally, but now it doesn't work at all. Everything seems to be plugged in and turned on. Do you have any ideas?

apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree gnash swfdec-mozilla

java -version
