I am not able to sign on to citicards.com and enter my login information.

I'm not sure about any of those questions. A friend of mine installed ubuntu on my computer and I am relatively new to this program. Is there somewhere I can look on the computer to find this information?

Yes it is. And I'm also having an issue with my volume. It used to work occasionally, but now it doesn't work at all. Everything seems to be plugged in and turned on. Do you have any ideas?

Thanks, Dyan. Then please answer Andreas' questions. You can use the following commands to do so:

apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree gnash swfdec-mozilla

java -version
