Some fixed duplicates bug appears

Loking at http://daniel.holba.ch/harvest/handler.py?pkg=gcalctool

I noticed that some bugs are reported by harvest while they are dupplicates of fix bug (look at bug 189101 and bug 53214).

I think it is a bug :)

I've included these because I'm concerned that a duplicate bug may have a bug watch, that is resolved upstream, and the master bug may not have this bug watch. However, in both of the examples that you have presented the master bug does have the same bug watch as the duplicate bug.

If this seems to be the majority of cases I'm happy to remove the duplicate bug reports from the query.

the bug triagers who close bugs as duplicates should consider the bug watches and either keep the bug forward upstream open or add the watch to the one they decide to use, duplicate only have useful informations if the bug triager didn't do the work correctly so it would make sense to not list duplicates

My concern was missing cases where the triager didn't do the work correctly. In the list there are about 240 bugs that are duplicates. I'll remove these and try to think of a smarter way to find bugs where a duplicate has a bug watch and a master bug does not have the same watch.

I've updated the resolved-upstream.csv file and the query that generates it.
