build dependency should be on default-jdk instead of sun-java6-jdk in intrepid

While working on packaging grails, I notices that the current intrepid package still depends on sun-java6-jdk instead of default-jdk which doesn't allow me to work with the open-jdk.

This new patch fixes previous issues and an issue with clean that stopped pbuilder from building the source package.
