Bug Description

The app opens fine. Clicking open file results in very brief access of dvd. Then nothing no apport etc. Clicking close window button results in k9copy not responding etc.

Same behavior on a newly upgraded from 64bit 8.04 system. k9copy behaves normally but then after open is selected, it immediately grabs all remaining ram and begins filling the page file.
