Unavailable (SAMR) - no sound when playing 3gp movies

my favourite player would be the totem video player but every time i play a video with 3gp format I can´t hear any sound and when I play with xine-ui it ask's me for samr codec please explain i have no idea , it told me to search the web for it but cant find anywere.very frustrated

I can´t hear any sound when playing 3gp format and this affect to other media player i.e xine-ui, VLC etc.

I'm a newbie so I don't know what application that I can use to record
what I'm doing when the error occured, please advise.
